Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Please check your order for the accuracy at the time of pick or delivery.
Please notify us within 24 hours from the time of pick up or delivery to resolve order issues. No refunds or credits will be considered after 24 hours from pickup or delivery.
What if my dog doesn’t like the food?
This is rare, but if yours does not, let us know! Due to the perishable nature, all raw dog food and treat products are generally non-returnable but in the rare case your dog doesn't like the food we're happy to work out a solution. Please let us know within 10 days of pickup or delivery of your order.
Returns items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds if a return is approved a refund will be issued via a Midwestern Raw promo code or gift card.
Shipping charges, gift cards, downloadable and opened items are non-refundable.
No refunds after 10 days of pickup or delivery of your order.
Food must be kept frozen and in the same condition, it was originally received. We are unable to issue credit on food that has been discarded or fed.
